Our Overarching Strategic Objectives for 2024/25 are:

Strategic Objective 1 – Ensure that all staff receive the support and training that they need to deliver our curriculum as intended so that the quality of education at Twiss Green is as effective as possible.

Strategic Objective 2 – Continue to refine a robust system for SEND which allows us to analyse data and impact efficiently, enabling staff to define specific next steps which lead to positive outcomes for our SEND children.

Strategic Objective 3 – Review the effectiveness of our assessment systems and processes to make sure that outcomes are as accurate as possible and support next steps in learning.
